Complaints Policy

1. INTRODUCTION

This document set out ShareSpace Complaints Policy. If you are a User of ShareSpace Platform, this Complaints Policy forms part of your Agreement with us.


2. ABOUT US

We are ShareSpace Limited, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under company registration number HE 415811. Our registered office is at N.I. Nikolaide Ave & Koroivou, Penelope Palace, Flat/Office 101, 8010, Paphos, Cyprus.


ShareSpace is an online communication platform for all people to share and discuss what they are going through in life. Our mission is to give people opportunities to open up, support and uplift each other. We want to make the world a better place by thriving on compassion, mutual understanding, and respect.


3. INTERPRETATION

In this Complaints Policy, all the terms have the same meanings as defined in the Terms and Conditions for all Users (Users and/or Creators). In addition, the term "business days" is any day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Cyprus.


4. USE THIS COMPLAINTS POLICY

Whether or not you are a User/Creator of ShareSpace Platform, you can use this Complaints Policy to alert us regarding complaints you have relating to ShareSpace Platform.


5. HOW TO MAKE A COMPLAINT

If you have a complaint about ShareSpace Platform, please communicate it to us at [email protected] by inserting your name, address, contact details, a description regarding your complaint and, in case your complaint concerns any Content, the URL directing to the said Content.


In case you are unable to contact us via email, please reach us out via ShareSpace App or ShareSpace website at https://sharespace.health/.


6. ILLEGAL OR UNLAWFUL CONTENT

Following receipt of your complaint of illegal or unlawful Content as per clause 5 above:


a. in case we need further information or documentation, we will contact you to that end;

b. all the appropriate steps will be taken, as we consider proper, in order to investigate the complaint in issue, within a timeframe which will correspond to the nature of the complaint;

c. our target will be to investigate the complaint in issue within seven (7) to ten (10) business days;

d. if we conclude that the Content is indeed illegal or unlawful, we will remove such Content immediately, and we will communicate our decision to you by email or other electronic forms of communication;

e. If we conclude that the Content is not illegal or unlawful, we will communicate our decision to you by email or other electronic forms of communication.


7. GENERAL COMPLAINTS


Following receipt of other complaints under section 5 above:


a. in case we need further information or documentation, we will contact you to that end;

b. all the appropriate steps will be taken, as we consider proper, in order to investigate the complaint in issue, within a timeframe which will correspond to the nature of the complaint;

c. we will put our best efforts to take all the necessary actions, as we consider proper, to handle the complaint in issue.

d. if we conclude that the Content, which appears on the ShareSpace Platform, breaches the Agreement that we have with Users/Creators, we will proceed by removing such Content the soonest possible;

e. we have no obligation to communicate to you our decision.


8. UNJUSTIFIED OR ABUSIVE COMPLAINTS

If you are a User/Creator of ShareSpace Platform, you warrant that you will not make any complaint, according to this Complaints Policy, which is wholly abusive, unjustified or made in bad faith. If we notice that you have breached this warranty, we may suspend or terminate your User/Creator account.
